just got my new TL
I just bought my new TL and didnt even have to speak to a salesmen. It was great anyone who is in the market to buy a car new should definetly do what I did. I went to this site where all I did was pick and choose what I wanted on my car. A few minutes later someone from the dealer called me and said they had the car in stock and I signed all the papers via fax. I dont know how the company makes money but it was called "Reply". Just do a search for it and it will come up. Good luck guys.

My guess would be he means reply.com...they have a section where you put in the info for the car you want, and a dealer will then contact you.
Call me a cynic, but I got the vibe this guy was repping the site out of personal interests. If not, I apologize, but that post just struck me as odd.

As for how the site makes money, it comes from ad revenue from the ads on it and I'm sure if a dealer sells a car through the site, they get a fee. Some dealers may even pay to be the preferred dealer (ie. anyone within a certain area is automatically forwarded to them, even though another dealer may be closer).
Anyway, for folks here and in general, for the site to be good, the consumer has to get a good price. So I second Tonywp75's question...did you get a good price?
