Just Got Back From My Dealer They Had My Car For A Week
Just Got Back From My Dealer They Had My Car For A Week And They Fixed Everything.they Gave My 4 New Tires And Rims,secured Headliner,noise Around The Sunroof,side Rear Belt It Had A Cut In It,a Rattle In The Left Map Pocket,pass Front Hard To Close,rattle In The Rear Deck,and Then For All My Time That I Was Without My Tl They Put On My Mud Guards For Free.so In The End All That Is Above Is Fix And It Was All Fix For Free On The First Trip To The Dealer

Stevens Creek, San Jose, CA dealer sucks. Try to have my car for rattle and vibration fix. The technician felt nothing while testdrove with me, he told me that he can not fix "my" noise and vibration unless I could show him. WTF!! Besides, I explained to him the static noise comes from the tweeter while using my bluetooth phone, and he knows nothing about the TL has built in bluetooth phone feature. He completely confused while I am talking about the bluetooth phone, and I have to explain to him how does the technology work.
