Interior LED's

After finishing up my Christmas shopping online, I was browsing eBay for stuff.... Just "stuff". Nothing in particular.... And I bought a package of LED bulbs for my 04 TL. They were delivered today and about 10 minutes ago- while I was bored but ready to sleep- I installed them. 2 visor bulbs, 2 front/center bulbs, 2 rear/center bulbs, both door puddle bulbs. For $10 they look pretty freakin nice.

None of the lenses broke, snapped or rattle. I'll do the glove box light tomorrow (with more daylight) as well as the interior trunk light too.... I already had LED's in the license plate sockets.

Well worth it and it REALLY brightens the cabin up

I tried doing the LED interior but it was too bright and harsh for me, just my personal opinion. I have seen some soft white LEDs and I might be ok with that.

By the way, you should get the LED board type for the trunk, its one of the best and simplest upgrades as it lights up the trunk amazingly!

Yes i have bought cheap leds before too. If your not careful where you touch they will most likely flicker or go out all together. The good ones are more expensive but last longer as they should.

Post the link to the ones you got, I just ordered all brand new ones for Christmas, because mine were starting to flicker, and the License plate lifts weren't bright enough. I also tried to go for a whiter light, mine had too much of a blue tint for my taste. did you do reverse too?

Just bought the iJDM toy set, gonna install over the break. From pics they are crazy bright but not too sure pics vs real life. Those look great for 10$

Did you buy this kit: 2004-2008 Acura TL Vehicle Specific 168-LED Interior Light Package

I bought that kit as they had a rare sale on it and the kit was damn bright. Turned my interior into daytime. Was harsh on the eyes at first, but ended up getting used to it. If I had to redo my choice, no way I'd get it that bright again.

I like the interior lighting the way it is... except maybe some brighter dome lights because when those go on they are supposed to be bright.... Any recommendations for just dome lights?

all of this is correct. Iv had stock, blue, white, and soft white LEDS over the years. Soft white LED are the way to go if you want a bright but practical look to the car.
