Ahh.. very nice, I totally had a differnt picture in my head. I now agree that does look hella clean and stock. You got another sale when you get vendorship.

If you trim the strip, what is the least amount of LED's you can get per strip?

Also another comment, I think the glow of the front looks more clean then the rear just because it looks more of subtle diffusion in the footwell.

In the rear it just has a crazy hotspot where its installed, wonder if that can be fixed with mounting methods.. hmmm.

Yes I was doing research on that too on the cold cathode tubes. It's a bit bulky plus it's not really versatile. On these you can actually bend it if you are doing custom audio system. I am doing a custom car where I apply the strip around the subwoofer where it glow.

The shortest you can cut up to about 3 inches with 3 LEDs left.

Actually I was going to put it under the back of the front seats but I think after thinking of it, I decided to put it on the buttom of the back seat. Reason why is that i hide the wires inside the carpet. If I were to put it on the back of the front seat, then you would somewhat see the wires. I'll post a picture where I did a red mini cooper with the LED inside the hood scoop. I had that in red LED.

But maybe if you mount it under the front seat, then the hot spot would be shining under the front seat however it will diffuse into the rear footwell more evenly? Also the wires would be hidden as well, the only thing is you have to make sure the wires have enough slack so that the driver can adjust the seat back and forward without pulling ne thing or having the wirest catch on to something. Just throwing out an idea.

Yes I could do it that way. I guess it depends on your preference. Putting on the back of the front seats make the led a little bit brighter because of the space. Where as I putted on the back seat, the height is widen a little and the light are much softer than making it much brighter.

As long the dummy VSA switch have a +/- prong then yes you can do that. These kits comes with its own on/off switch. You can use either switch.

Hard part is doing the door handles because I have to take the door panel from the inside and drill a small hole and rubber washer prevent water going inside. Cup holder just drill a hole and run the wire inside and tap onto the accessory wire.

Yes the good part is the headlight. I just put the strip below the housing and run the wires. I had it where it will light up when I disarm the alarm.

I'm about finished doing a mini cooper and that will look hot.

Keep you posted!

Hey, I am looking to turn those lights on the ceiling in the TL to LED.
Now, would this be illegal, of course I wouldn't be driving with them, I just like the looks.
This wouldn't be the strips, obviously, if you sell those bulbs for the interiour lights.
I would like the door light to be LED also, the blue that matches the gauges.

If you know whether it is illegal or not to do the ceiling lights, please let me know.
Also, could you give me an esimate on 4 door lights, ceiling lights, and trunk?
Thanks, Appreciate it.

For the ceiling just run the LED strip wires to the top of the ceiling light. You have to take the top liner but I have not done that yet. You might have to see some thread in here. Yes you can wire the strip in conjunction of the door courtesy light. Just tap the wires. And that goes the same for the trunk as well. Just tap the wire.
