Why is it that if a car is appealing to women or that someone sees a woman driving a certain car then that is perceived as a bad thing? Frankly I see more men driving TLs than women and given the ratio of men to women on this board I would say quite a few men drive this car.

Other than the above point that the writer dwells on far too much, it's a pretty standard review of the TL.

Well the TL is becoming more of common car or the upscale secretary's car...lol..
The class leading 270 ponies is no longer class leading that was 2004. And the torque which really matters the most, is not up with the competition. Not 238 at 5000 RPMS... The BMW is putting out 220 at 2750 RPM.

So the TL has to play catch up now and we'll see what 06 has to offer. I would like to see them make a better 5AT, use better brakes that do not wear out in a year, and bring back the higher revving engine with lower end torque like they had before the 3G

That's the first I've ever heard that in any review so it might be concluded that the nobody writer is simply a fucking asshole that had nothing much new to say about the TL so he thought he'd add that bullshit. I find no truth in that whatsoever and I hope his TL is terribly problematic so that he trades it in for an Audi A4.

O.K. That was the worst article yet on the TL. Anyone reading it will be confused on the car and walk into a dealership misinformed. He should stick to talking about cars with his wife, and write about cooking.

Maybe he's not a fucking asshole. Maybe he is someone that has a different opinion than you do. Hoping someone has problems with their car = fucking asshole.

Women nor men have a choice! I bet if there was still a type S badge, you will see more men in the Type S than the women; I have seen very few women who care about speed and performance just as much as most guys do. the probally bought the TL because it looks nice. Who knows they might be driving their husbands car anyway. Who is this guy anyway?
