Inner Door Handle Not Working

I just finished replacing the inner door handle cable only to find it didn't resolve the problem. I saw no obvious problems at the actuator where the other end of the cable connects. If anyone could provide some insight that'd be tremendous. Maybe I over looked something at the actuator? When I pull the handle with the door closed, I can hear the mechanism moving, but it still won't open, like it's not grabbing something at the actuator. It's hard to tell with everything taken apart.

Is the replaced 'inner door handle cable' shown on the diagram below?
If so, which number is it?
If not, provide the year & trim level of your TL.

did you make sure the green clip was seated properly on item # 7 or #22 (depending on side) when reinstalling?

Yeah, it's number 22. I don't have the specific part number, but it's the passenger front right. I know it was the right one cause the cable is grey. Driver front left is a black cable.

Actually, I did forget that at first but went back and clipped it in. Still won't open from the inside.

As you can see from the parts diagram above, there is a lot going on, with small moving parts.
The only way to really know is to revisit the repair to find out what's going on.
