I was just looking this up for a friend who didn't quite understand what VTEC was... I clicked the link and BAM that is one familiar image!

Even though it says "Honda Marine", it is exactly how VTEC works on the 3G TL. 4G gets VTEC on both the intake and exhaust valves.
