I'm trying to remove this upper console part, but can't figure out how it comes off. I can't find screws, release tabs, or anything. There's something rattling inside it, and it's driving me crazy!

It's on my '07 TL-S.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

 

you have to start with wedging the switch area for the sunroof out. Insert something like a flathead screwdriver around the outside of the black area and start wedging it out. Then I think it's intuitive.

I just saw a thread on this a few days ago. Look in the garage and I'll try to search again later on for you. Gotta head to class.

 

pull the moonroof switch out. Pops right out. Carefull when using a flathead popping it so you don't damage the plastic
