How do I turn on my fan without using the A/C?

How do I turn on my fan without using the A/C?

I knew how to do it in the 2002 TL because it was a screen thing on the navi, but how do I do it on the 04?

Press the fan buttons then press your A/C button, you will see A/C off...

Also, you can say "Fan speed 1" after pressing the voice command button.
