I've purchased two TLs from there. My sales rep was Anthony Meed. Real nice person and pleasant to work with. Their prices are a bit on the high end, but with a bit of bargaining, things work out well. Their service is excellent, far far better than what we have in Queens (Paragon)

As for loaner cars, I've also had my TL serviced at Manhattan and Ramsey and never had a problem getting a loaner.
You live in Forever Hills? Hopefully not in one of those parts where you have to drive around and around and around and around and around and around looking for parking every time you come home. I grew up there. Parking was always a nightmare.

I also made he and the sales manager Patrick an offer they couldn't refuse.

They are still great with service, IMO..ask to deal with Sal Gambitta..Ive been dealing with him for years now. He is a great guy and will always do his best to take care of you. Just had warrenty work at the dealer with replacing 3rd gear synchro and compliance bushings..Highly recommend the dealer as well as Sal.
