My 07 TL horn is not working. When I press the panic button the lights flash but no horn.

I checked the #13 Fuse under the hood and it is good.

Does it have a relay or anything that I am missing?

I have no idea when it stopped working.

I replaced my radiator earlier this year, maybe some connections got loose for the horns?

There's also a horn relay in the under-hood fuse box. That's my next guess.

 

Do you know which one that is?

I couldn't find anything showing where it was.

Did you happen to brake and honk your horn in a defensive driving maneuver recently? Doing both overloads the circuit and can cause the fuse to blow, however I don't recall which fuse it was. If that isn't an issue, you could also double check the harness and connectors near the front bumper.

 

NEW DEVELOPEMENT.

I don't believe I slammed on my brakes and honked.

After investigating more I noticed that it works when I pull the fuse and put it back in but the minute I start the car and try it nothing.

Anyone have any new ideas?
