Exclamation Fuse Issues

So my power window wouldn't go down the other day so I tore the switch apart again to clean it n get it working. Well i was in a hurry so in my stupidity of trying to jump the wiring without knowing which was what i blew the fuses for the power windows, i replaced the fuses with new ones and now my aftermarket radio will not turn on or do anything, my clock will not light unless you push on the clock door like you are checking the time with the car off and when you try to set the time that way as soon as you let off an re-press it it has reset itself again. Also i now have no Chirp for my alarm or panic button, yes i tried the remote button trick and that didn't work, but the alarm lights still flash when arming and disarming and hitting panic button. Also when i have the climate control set and turn the car off and back on that resets itself and doesn't retain any memory, I have checked all fuses both under the dash and under the hood and they are all good. Anyone have any idea why radio wont work, the alarm wont chirp, the clock and climate control wont retain memory? I am stumped, is there some fusible link somewhere else that powers these things? All fuses checked good....

i believe there's a "small lights" fuse. or check the "clock" fuse.
