Hit A Rock, Read What happened.

What a night. I was on my way to the casino tonight and all of a sudden i see a giant rock in the road. i try to avoid it but ended up running over it. Car made some awful noises as i was pulling to the side of the road. Called tripple A and they sent a tow out. Turns out front and back driver side tires are flat. as we flip the wheels over we see a huge gash in both wheels! The tires are fine but my wheels are f'ed. Now i am confused what to do. i think best bet would be to look for 2 stock 17" exactly what i have on there. I checked ebay and the only auctions i see are for 4 wheels and tires. I checked acuras website and they are showing them 2 for 550.00. Maybe ill just try to pick up all four tires and wheels and try to sell what i dont need. What a hassle. Any help you can give me would be awesome.

its reasons like that Im glad my dealer offers rim warrenty. If I ever dent my rims, they will replace them for free. Its well worth the $350 I spent on it.

Right, but his rims are fine, it's his tires that bought it.

I'd scrap that shit on ebay and set yourself up with a nice set of 18s. It's a sign, God wants you to do it.

nah he said its the rims not the tires. but anyway, yeah the warantee was the greatest. Just buy the wheels off of ebay. I think thats the best bet. All four go for 400-500 OR u can upgrade to A-spec (also through ebay). Not much else you can do really

yeah i would get the rims off ebay. it comes with tires as well even tho its the el42's its still cheaper than buying it separate. you can try to sell off the other 2 or use them as spares(even tho they won't fit in the boot).

Whats a fair price for the OEM 17s?

I have 4 sitting in my garage on EL42 rubber with a whopping 400 miles on them. 1 of them has some Curb Rash but since you need 2, I'd hook up a fellow member with the 2 best wheels.

Simi Valley is 30 mins NorthWest of Los Angeles.

I can do Paypal (but only when funds come from Bank transfer not Credit Card)
Otherwise it would have to be check or money order.

How do you want me to get them to you? Just ship em UPS or do you have a way to come down and pick them up? We're having a local meet this copming Sunday and I think someone from Fresno was going to come. Not sure if its anyone you know and if they could be convinced to bring the 2 wheels back. How soon do you need them?
