So I'm takin my lil bro to buy a car I call my cousin he tells me go by His house there's an integra for sale.on the way over there as I pass a lady parked in a eclipse she decides to pull out withought looking and hits my passenger door by the time I hear the impact and stopped the entire side of the car was f*cked up I get out the car and can't believe what happened! So I start screaming she gets out her car and says why did I hit her car! That's were I lost it told her to shut the f up and stay in her car! When the cops get there she tells 3 different stories!first I was speeding and she was parralel park so I swerved in and hit her them she said I reversed and hit her the cop wasn't buying it but he had to put her statement in so to make a long story short I had to wait 2 months to finally get my car in the shop! Why do people have to be such liars!

 

you handled yourself like an ass man......should have just kept calm and let the police handle it. It's only a car and it can be fixed or replaced.

If it was immediately apparent to all involved that there were no injuries, then I have no problem with the crux of the matter shifting to someone's negligence, lack of driving ability, etc. causing damage to OP's property and all the hassle that accompanies it. I highly doubt I would tell the other driver to shut the F up, but hell yeah, I'd have been pissed off. I'm not gonna tell the OP he shoulda rolled over and dismissed what happened to him or not be upset about it. Her trying to BS her way out of accountability and put blame on the victim is adding insult to injury and would've ticked me off more. If it was a serious accident where human suffering and injury were the main concern, sure, the car becomes secondary.

I think he snapped when that lady said it was his fault. I would've definately snapped if I was accused for that stuff she said. She should've owned up to her mistake.

And for her to make up those stories, she just sold herself out.
