Been browsing around for a little while now. I want to get a nice luxury car without the HUMUNGOUS PREMIUM PRICE~!! lol. I love the TL style and looks and i stay in my honda/acura world.

I drive a honda prelude 5th gen sh right now. Need a second car, so hopefully the TL will become it. I just know if i get one the mod bug will hit me just as bad as the lude.

So hello again!!!!

Wow... being 18 & getting a second car already ? Mind me asking why you need so many cars being 18 ? Aren't there anything else on your priority list now ? U R ahead of the normal curve for sure ... LOL

Well my lude is always in the shop, its a 11 year old car now. Not really reliable, and i always get hassled by cops. I rather it my weekend car. The way i look at it is, if my clutch went today, i'd have to replace it right away. If i had a second car, i would have time to save up, wont have to waste away savings right this second

It's not a bad way to think...if you were over 25.

I think owning both the insurance would eat you alive. Under 25, Y chromosome and all that. A single car may be a better option.

But that said, the TL is awesome. Had mine for two weeks, and the smile is permanently in place.

actually insurance is wierd...im paying shit load for the lude..i believe last month was 550.

if i got an evo it would've been 425... o_0???? i guess they see 4 doors and understand speed isnt there anymore lol.

but anyway when i was looking into getting another car i got a quote and it was very low compared to my bill now. the reason behind that is b/c ill be driving 2 cars basically keeping my mileage low on both. and also the lude would only be a weekend car so insurance = cheap for that

but thanks guys! i hope i get one within this year, how is the car in the snow???

Nothing wrong owning 2 cars, I do! But then again, I am a lot older. But yea, TL will definitely be the right vehicle to go if you want luxury plus staying with the honda family.

I owned an STI, an IS300 and a Tundra when I was 22. SO I'm not going to judge you for wanting to have a comfortable reliable DD and a fun car haha :P

Definitely go for it, but dont drive it like an asshat like some other posters in this forum. My insurance rates are high enough as it is!
