HELP PLEASE turn signals not working

I had sometime to install my front 7443 white led turn signals. I had some problems. One of the bulbs would not light up, would only light when the blinkers were turned on and the other bulb would blink very dimly but would light up.
My turn signals are not working. I am in NJ at a mall parking lot because I tried driving before without my turn signals and almost got into accident!

I tried swapping the bulbs and left the lights on and the right side bulb sparked. The bulb is a little burned at the end you can see it.

NONE of my turn signals are working. I put in the stock 7443 front bulbs and they light up the only problem is they do not blink. Anyone know the fuse for the hazzards? I asked my friend who is on the forum and his manual is different then mine he has a 06 I have an 08.

Here is a picture of my manual.

Looks like its a fuse. https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-problems-fixes-114/my-turn-signal-doesnt-work-618677/

Anyone know if this is the same for the 08? I don't want to blow more lights/fuses. Only the turn signal do not work. The hazard switch also does nothing. The lights work even the sidemarkers are all working. I am still at the mall lol.
