Best touchup paint for NBP?

I have an 08 black tl w/ taupe interior (I think). From what you guys have experienced, where would I get the best color matching touchup paint? There's OEM from the dealership, paintscratch.com, drcolorchip.com, automotivetouchup.com. etc. I'm sure there are more, but those are the main ones that popped up for me. There is a small pencil sized hole in my bumper and I plan to fill it with putty and paint over it. That's my main use for this paint, but I'm sure I can find other places to cover up. The previous owner did such a sloppy job with the touch up paint.

Thank you.
And Happy Holidays..

I'd go with the OEM stuff, Rat. I've never tried the others.

i just bought the oem nbp touch up pen from acura. i havent had the time to apply it yet.
im pretty confident that the pen will do a good job if i add many layers of nbp and an additional few layers of clear coat that the paint chips will go unnoticed.

Cool. Can you post back after you used it? Also, how much did that pen run you?

The pen that I bought from Acura couple months ago has the clearcoat mixed in it :S. They said this is how they are made now. Cost about $10. I only used a bit in an unnoticed area to test it and it matches the paint fine. But I need to add several layers.

How thick or thin is this OEM or other touch up paint? I want to know if I could apply it on vertical panels without it giving me trouble. I got a bad dent on the side. It's rusting on the outter rim of the dent. Could I apply this to the dent in small layers and fill it up or do you think it'll look weird?

that would not work, only option is a little bondo and prly end up making it look worse or just live with the dent and dab a little paint in there to prevent rust

The main problem with touch-up paint is that when the paint is brushed or dabbed into the chip, the metallic doesn't lay down the same as when it is sprayed so the repaired area is still noticeable. If you can build it up above the level of the paint then polish (and maybe even wetsand-don't even attempt if you haven't done it before though) it down, it won't be too obvious.

The center of that dent is now bare metal. I guess the middle just fell off. Rust has begun. I hope I'll be fine with the OEM paint and some clear coat. I freaking hate my coworkers.

As others have said do not attempt to fix that use putty and touch-up paint. I can promise it will look worse than it does if you just left it as is. Touch-up paint is a pain in the ass and unless the spot is a super tiny chip touch-up paint usually just makes the blemish look worse than the original blemish.
I have also tried the pen touch-up and it never worked right so I just gave up.
