Help me with a decission.
Help me with a decission.
I am redoing the paint scheme in my engine bay to Gunmetal for the surrounding schrouds and gold / copper for the main engine cover.
I was toying with the idea of putting my debadged letters on either the cover or the schrouds over the strut brace.
I have the silver or gold to choose from.
The color in the picture is very light from the flash ... the actual color is more of a gun metal ... Actually called Duplicolor Cast Coat Iron Engine Paint .

Rattle can .. sanded first with 600 wet then sprayed down with a plastic prep cleaner to cut grease/wax to prevent fish eyes. Then numerous light coats.
Looks pretty cool; I'll be interested to see the finished product.
I vote silver as well.
How are you going to fasten the badging to keep the heat from melting glue or vibrations from shaking them loose?

I say silver for the badge, and NBP for the color of the car so that everything flows better. You did ask right?
