Help listing a 2005 Acura TL, 6-speed manual

Hi, I am looking for guidance on listing my 2005 Acura 6-speed manual TL. I absolutely love this car, but my family is growing, and my spouse does not drive stick shift. I have never sold my own car, and I am looking for advice on how to sell this rare car and at what price I should list it. If you have guidance, please let me know! I'm looking to learn from those with past experience.

Um...search auto trader, FB marketplace, and cars.com for similar cars, pick a price, post it, and wait. If no hits, you listed it too high. I sold my '05 in just a couple of days via FB marketplace. You have to think through how much hassle and time do you want to go through....or just price it to dump and run. Mileage, condition, is it due for major maintenance (clutch, timing belt, etc), condition of tires, paint, seats. These are old cars at this point. The actual detailed process will vary state to state on how you document the sale. Biggest risk is fake cashier checks and money orders. Not always easy to validate those....at least I didn't know how to. I just took photos of the buyer, their license, the vehicle they rolled up in, and at least confirmed the bank the cashier check came from was local and it all worked out. I also sent a notice to my state DMV that I no longer had the vehicle.

Or just teach her to drive a manual transmission. That is what I did before we even got married. The TL is just fine and dandy as a family vehicle for up to two kids.

I do see my TL around from time to time....and it makes me sad. The new owners have not taken good care of it. I know its mine due to the paint matched mud flaps, a specific scratch in the rear bumper, as well as a splotch of missing paint on the front bumper.

Thank you for the guidance. For what it's worth, I offered to teach my spouse to drive manual!!

I'm posting this here to see what interest it gains
