Im not sure what % tint i want to go with and i want it dark...i know since i have a tan interior i should go a little darker but im looking for opinions and pictures of tinting with a Tan interior...
Thanks

If you put dark tint on the rear window it will darken the look of the look of the entire car considerably. You'd be wise to check on the legal limit for the driver and front passenger window. In most jurisdictions it's 35%. The back doors and rear window can be anything you want.

i went with 30 all over with the taupe interior...if i could do it again, i would get the back window darker..probably 20. i like the classy look of 30 though.

if you dont mind the instant tickets you can go as low as 5, dont bother though because you wont be able to see a thing

btw where are u getting ur tint done? i recommend Steve @ TintMax in Queens

at least 20% with light interior. I highly recommend keeping all of the windows the same color. Depending on what state you are in, you may be able to find a 15% which in my opinion is perfect.

Yea i been debating this dilemma... Legal limit in NY is 70% in the front windows...which is just ridiculous...

I just had 3 friends pulled over for their tints over the last 3 months....Cars are not riced out or anything... 1997 Red galant(grey interior) driven by my MOM! 1997 white Volvo(Taupe Interior) driven by my sister's husband and a 2001 White accord(White cloth interior) driven by my friend. All had 35% tint.

Makes me think twice about going 35% now... really don't want to deal with these extra tickets...

dude 70% means u cant apply tint....every window on everycar on this planet come tinted from the factory 70% because its got plastic smelted into it....thats the blue hue u see when u look at it from an angle.

Yea man... But make that 4 friends, just found out another of my friends in a 99 white prelude with 20% got tickets as well... I mean with a 70% legal Limit... no matter what % you have when you get pulled over, you are getting that ticket... so just make sure with tints you are prepared to pay for the ticket... Decisions decisions.
