My dad didn't click the ballpoint after writing in the car and it got on the door armrest which is parchment. I tried everything from oxyclean to greased lightning and nothing has worked. Is there anything I can do?

Get the Townsend leather products - they have an ink remover as part of that kit

Townsend makes zillion dollar leather for planes and yachts - they know what they are doing.

there is also a product called "Spineyback"?? I've used it on our company aircraft interiors and it just melts ballpoint ink like butter. It's almost magical how it makes ink melt. If you haven't got your ink mark cleaned yet....drop me a PM and I'll send you more information about where to buy the spineybeck stuff. I'm not sure if I spelled it correctly, but it's something like that anyway.
