I found this link here, and the part number is: 72450-SEP-A01ZA

From the picture, its number #4. (it's long horizontal black bar near the window.)

I need to replace that, and I think you are the only person that I know with the service manual.

Can you scan and post for me?

I removed the #22 screw, but I think I need to remove the Mirror to get the #4 off.

That's called the Front Door Glass Outer Weatherstrip. I have added the scan for its removal to the thread link above.

As you said, you will have to remove the mirror in order to remove this molding/weatherstrip.
