Are the heated seats warm enough for you?
It's gotten cold enough here recently (I'm in Houston) to try out the heated seats. The 'Hi' position warms pretty slowly and never gets hot. The low position feels about as warm, but takes longer to heat. My previous cars (a Chrysler and Pontiac) had heaters that warmed more quickly. With the Pontiac, I couldn't leave it on Hi for more than a few minutes because it was damn hot. For those of you in colder climates, are you satisfied with the seat heaters?

I used mine on low this morning and when I parked I forgot I even turned them on!
I felt the seat and it did feel warm (so did the back) but ddefinitely not as warm as my last Buick.
Havent tried high yet
On the other hand I don't want them steaming

To use the seat heaters I believe you are supposed to start them in HI until they get hot then put it in LOW. If left in HI they will start to cycle on and off. I find that they are warm enough and in fact the passenger side is warmer and quicker to heat than my 2000 TL's was.

I think that if left on hi they actually cycle to low, not on and off. I thought that was what I read somewhere.

Mine are great. I live in Edmonton where -30 degrees celcius is not a uncommon thing. When i turn them on, they feel great, heat up in minutes. No prob at all.
