Headlight delay

I have the headlight delay set for 60 seconds, but my headlights shut off as soon as I turn the ignition off. Is there something I'm missing? Also, are the headlights supposed to turn on when I unlock the car?

Yes but this does not work if your headlights are set to auto, they must be in the on position.

Ahhhh. My TSX loaner does it in the auto position. Weird
