i have been thinking of upgrading the headlight with something like these... i think it would look hot on our car.... im just a little worried about fit and such... these look like some of the best on ebay, not cheap like most of them... let me know what you think

thanks for those updates i didnt find those when i did my search.... does anyone have any additional info? did anyone every send a headlight in for a fitting?

 

As far as I know, no one on Acurazine has them on a 3G TL yet. I'd be interested in seeing what they look like as well.

 

so i called them up to see how much it costs and stuff and this is what he said...

first, i live in arizona right now, so i would have to mail my headlights to him..

he said it would cost anywhere from 180-350...he said he could give the parts to me for 100 bucks and then he has another guy who does the install and he has to pay that guy...he said since no one has volunteered their lights, he would give me that price...normally it's like 180 just for the kit and then 100+ for the install....

i asked if he could do this for "free" and then use this as a marketing tool so that way he can get other TL's, but he refused and he said he didn't want to get into that "market"....

i doubt i will do this though....

 

you should call him back and tell him to goto ebay and buy that pair of 3g TL headlights for $1200 bucks!!!

I like the TSX on one of those threads...the rings look really hot! Not sure if this would be possible, but maybe even having 2 rings on each side, one around our HIDs and the other around the foglights...but in any case, i think they would look great.

My suggestion--those of us who like the idea send them emails asking for them, and we use this thread ta keep each other up to date. of course this thread will be splattered by posts from the 'i don't like it so i think your stupid' comments, but we can just read between those boors. anyway, when there's some movement we can do a group buy.

Anyone wanna be the first to get him their headlights, or preferably a local who can get them to turn it around quickly?

 

this would be a nice idea... we just need someone to step up and send in their headlights for some works...
