Hawk HPS vs. StopTech pads

I have a quick question... I need brakes for my TL-S. Are the StopTech pads as quiet and as low dust as the HPS... or better? I want to buy the Acurazine package from XLR8 and I just want some opinions as to the quality of the pads. I have the stock setup now, and it is so dusty!

Thanks.

FWIW, I use the Rotex Gold pads (someone on AcuraZine recommended them) and they are reasonable priced ($~60) and much lower in dust and just a very slight difference in feel.

In terms of brake dust the STOPTECH performance pads are about the same as the Hawk Ceramic pads; in terms of performance they outdo the Hawk HPS pads.

And the noise level is about the same as stock? @Excelerate: I talked to Casey on the phone earlier but I forgot what he said.

Very little. I have them on the front of my Civic and they are super-clean compared to the Axxis Ultimates in the rear (and the TL Brembo pads). Very good pads so far, but I don't' have a lot of miles on my Civic front brake swap yet.

i'd say the stoptech pads dust a little more than the HPS pads, but only a little.

have them on the accord. HPS up front and the stoptech in the rear. when i go to wash the accord, the rear wheels seem to have a little more dust than the fronts. they take about a week to notice the wheels being really dirty.

I have the StopTechs on mine and they dust like crazy compared to the Rotora's I used to have. I usually have to clean my wheels every 4-5 days as it gets really dusty. My car is daily driven to work 20 miles each way with about 75% high way. The Stop Techs do stop on the dime, I just wish they are not as dusty as it is. I currently have 60K on my car and have about 15K miles of those on Stop Techs. I can take pics if you want.
