Memorized all three Acura radios and the two navigation units as well. I also wrote it down in the owners manual inside covers. If the thief is that clever he deserves the stereo

Why would you?

If you have an account here (http://owners.acura.com/landing.aspx) you can just look it up anytime you need it.

At home, I can also just look at the file for the TL, where the valet key, code card and all documentation are kept...

Tattoo it on my left arm.

Didn't memorize it. It's on my owner's manual. That's good enough for me. I have enough additional info in my brain. If I have to learn something new I have to first forget something else. I had to forget my cc number to remember Elliott's name.

Right. Forgot about that one. Both are written on a card from Acura that is in my Owners Manual booklet thing.

No point memorizing stuff that I can look up. I have a (very?) limited amount of functioning brain capacity, why waste it. I mean, it's more than justnspace, but still .... .

In seven years I've never entered either the radio or Navi code (pause to knock on wooden desk) and I have no idea what either one is.

My codes are printed on labels underneath the fuse box cover in the engine bay. Not sure who put it there but I've only had to use it once.

If you keep having to type it in them I would say you have issues.

I've probably used the radio code 5 times in 6 years.
No point in memorizing it.

Yup. Had to enter it at least 10 times over this past month. I was interrupted a lot to move the car while I was working on my stereo.
