Just curious if anyone has purchased a vehicle at Acura of Cleveland Ohio if so, what was your experience. Thanks for your help and thoughts on this. Look forward to hearing from you all.

Just avoid Motorcars at all cost! They are a bunch of crooks! Caught them charging Acura for warrenty work that they did not do!

Nope, I bought mine at Motorcars Acura. Someone posted a couple of weeks ago, also from your neck of the woods, who bought at Acura of Cleveland and had it delivered to him in MI. It's a brand-new dealership that just opened up this summer, so they might be more willing to deal?

Yeah, I got my TL from Acura of Cleveland last month - the week they opened up for business. The sales rep. was helpful (Terrence Robinson), New Car manager Jeff Roman, etc....they were all very nice and helpful. I guess they have to be if they want to gain market share. They've made follow up calls to make sure everything is fine.

Avoid Motocars. I had a bad experience with them earlier this summer. They're not exactly pleasant and don't even seem anxious to sell.

I didn't realize they were so new. I just placed an order for a 2005 TL with Rhonda about two hours ago. She projected an October delivery. I can't wait.

I'm really surprised so many (I've heard from more than the folks in this thread in the past) report negative experiences with Motorcars. I've bought two Acuras from there and not had any trouble.

Even so, it's really nice that another dealership has opened in the Cleveland area. It should make it easier for me to negotiate price on my next Acura.
