I got the same armrest cover and to me it looks 100 times better than the stock one.

I would go to Redline- you can have a much better match with the Redline Sierra color. There might be an even closer match even since Sierra is just a little darker than the seats. For not matching, I strongly considered getting Black and matching with the center console for a contrast effect.
