Norris Acura West as a dealer?? I am planning on buying a car from them in MD, but want to make sure they are going to take care of me..

 

I originally went to Norris for a quote on my TL but the price wasn't competitive, so I went to NJ and saved quite a bit. I would like to find out how their service department is for the future.

 

I purchased my 2004TL from them about 2 months ago and everything went well? My sales person was Kevin Robinson.

 

I live in the Towson area and chose 3 dealers in the area for quotes.

I couldn't get the time of day from Norris, they were quoting a bit higher than Edmund.com's True Market Value dollar amount. When I tried to do better they stopped communicating.

Tischer was very responsive, definitely wanted my business, I probably would have done best with them on price but they like to add those unnecessary accesories like mud flaps & Sun roof visors. I'm sure a little work with them would have yielded a good price and quality service.

Frankel was the closest to my home and that's where I wanted to make a deal. I got my price and bought the car as well as the Acura Care Extended Warranty 7ys - 100,000 miles @ $1150.

All dealers offer N/C loaners on non-oil change service.
