I have already got the Resonator mid muffler and rear mufflers deleted. I love the sound and had a few questions about the cats. Would it be illegal to gut the third car ( in Texas)? Would it sound better? How much louder would it be?

 

Technically removing any cat is federally illegal! The third cat isn't monitored so it will not throw a check engine light.
