Great my luck

Well yesterday I was driving like 20 MPH my engine decided to fail on me and make huge ass noises.

After I diagnosed it, their was a crack in the back of the engine (the block) and the rod was bent/broken and was banging on the engine very bad. Now I don't have my Factory warranty and they can't fix it. Fortunately, I do have my dealership warranty, which is a small dealership, but have been in my area for 40+ years, but I'm sure their going to get me a old engine and going to do poor work on the engine just because the warranty for the dealership is almost gone. I was a week away to installing a aspec kit, fujita cai, comptech supercharger, new wheels, tires, and brake pads, but now I have no idea how long this repair will take just because this is dealer warranty which usually they'll take their time. Problem is too that I use my car to get to college and come back home which is a 200 mile drive and now I have no vehice to go back to college next week (they won't give me a loaner car, not part of policy), so IM FUCKED

Damn so much for the supercharger. You might end up having to sell some of your stuff to repair the engine. Good luck with your situation man.

70,220 is the mileage on my 06' TL which is driven a lot, but maintained a whole lot.

I just waited to install the supercharger after the warranty and I went to Acura before my powertrain went out and they said my engine was working fine...

how did your block crack, that sounds really bad ... i've only heard of this happening when coolent sometimes mixes in the chamber and cracks it, but usually happens on old cars ... 06 is so new ... keep us updated on what happens ... g'luck with the repairs

Cracked block? Bent rods??? What the hell happened to your motor??? You have an 06 with a 4 yr, 50K warranty. Assuming you car has not been totaled, call up honda/acura and tell them your situation. An engine block should not crack at that early of an age. They might help you out by paying for the labor and you pay parts, etc.

For matters worst we instead of hiring a tow truck to move it we got a tow dolly so when we were trying to move it up the ramp it ended up getting stuck between the wheel and ramp so now the right side of my bumper is fucked up

Something is not adding up here. I think we are missing a piece to this very odd puzzle. I see engine blocks crack when it gets too cold and the coolant isn't mixed right but this is very odd. How many rpm's were on the tach when the noise started? If all maintence was done, I would bring it right to the Acura dealer and have them look at it. They may at least cover 1/2 the bill. Better than nothing....

"their was a crack" FAIL

"their going to get me a old engine" FAIL

"take their time" nice, you did it!

your use of there/they're/their is kinda like the school of thought that if you don't know, just choose C. you'll get it right once in a while.

Football scholarship??

they're (thâr) Pronunciation Key
Contraction of they are.

their
   /ðɛər; unstressed ðər/ Show Spelled Pronunciation [thair; unstressed ther] Show IPA Pronunciation
–pronoun
1. a form of the possessive case of they used as an attributive adjective, before a noun: their home; their rights as citizens; their departure for Rome.
2. (used after an indefinite singular antecedent in place of the definite masculine form his or the definite feminine form her): Someone left their book on the table. Did everyone bring their lunch?

Good luck with your engine repair. I would start looking around for a reliable private mechanic who specializes in foreign car work just in case things don't work out with the extended warranty.

I wouldn't focus on the cracked block. I'm sure the rod cracked it. This usually happens when an engine throws a rod.

Did it make any noises before this or did it fail unexpectedly?

No warning lights like a loss of oil pressure? It's highly unlikely it just threw a rod while cruising along at 20mph with no warning signs.

quick tip:

there = 'here' referring to a place
their = 'heir' belongs to
they're = they are

Lol, for the last time I was typing on my Iphone which is a whole lot annoying to type on its keyboard. Anyways, I contacted the small dealership and they told me that they're looking for a engine and it should take 3-4 days to install once the engine is found. This is completely free of charge, but I'm worried about the engine they're going to get me, so I'm going to request a VIN number on the "new" engine. I'll also post some pictures tomorrow on the oil leak/cracked block. I'm not sure what happen to the engine, they didn't specify either.
