Grand Prix Comp G

So, a few nights ago I decided that it was a good time to move the TL into indoor storage. (being that my current place doesnt have a garage and the new place wont be done until the spring)

I had a nice 20 minute drive from taking it from my mom's driveway to a place over by me. (Night time, empty dry roads, good times)

Towards the end of the ride there was a nice stretch on Lawrence near Cumberland. (Chicago people) There was an 05 Maxima and Comp G on the road with me. The Maxima was goosing both the Comp G and I but there was no where to go at that point, the maxima ended up turning off.

The Comp G and I were at a light together with the forest in front of us. Light turned green and we both came off the light mildly aggressive but not full throttle. At about 20 I hit it and he didnt. I let off and he decided to fly up on me, so I slowed down. We rolled at about 15mph and I went on his hand signal.

When we hit it he pulled a couple feet but as the RPM's wound out on the TL I started gaining ground back and by the time I shut down at 85 or so, I had a full length and a half or two on him. He came by with a domestic flyby. (or he may have not anticipated me stopping at 85) Nice to know that when I cut it off I was still continuing to pull away from him.

Disclaimer: 930pm at night, zero cars viewable in the front of us.
