Gotta be a cheaper way to reprogram a key!

So...my wife lost the remote and key to our 04 TL. I was able to get a new replacement key and remote from a relative that works at American Honda for a good price.

One of the local dealers said they would cut the key for me. But, went I went down there to get it done, they also wanted to charge $110 to program the new key to my car's code!

There's gotta be a better, cheaper way! Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!
