Check out the 3G Garage, as there is a lot of information there that pertains to maintenance. When i first signed up for the board that's one of the first things I did. I changed my oil, timing belt, 3rd and 4th pressure switches, Transmission fluid, put new tires, got an alignment and put an A-Spec suspension on. I of course didn't do it all at once, but close to the order.

Congrats Welcome to AZ! Check out the 3G garage for tons of info. Also register your TL at www.myacura.com in the USA or https://www.myacura.acura.ca/ in Canada. Save your Navi and Radio codes there. Check for any recalls your TL may need.

Check and see if the dealership has done work on the power steering hose and o-ring. there was a recent recall for this.

Welcome, sounds like you got an extremely good deal. Was it salvaged or anything? The market on those with that mileage is around 23-25K. Nevertheless, great deal.

Just bought an 08 tls for $23,500 and had 50k miles on it. It is CPO and I got bumper to bumper extended warranty for $650 thrown into the price. The car is in pristine condition. Not a scratch on the outside nor a scuff on the inside.

Sound like you got a great deal!

That is a good deal. I paid a little less for my 07 TL-S a few weeks ago, but mine has more than double the miles yours does. If I could have found one with those kinda miles for $19K I would have snatched it up!

Congrats!

Congrats!!!

I'm also a new TL owner. I got for the wife a 06 42k miles with Nav and A-Spec kit for 13.5k inc. taxes/registration/smoke check. I paid $100 for the pre-purchase inspection.
The front bumper and the quarter panel need to be repainted and some touch up ($750). It's in a friend's body shop right now. I'm getting the car back tomorrow.

First mod, unless you've already done it, will have to be wheels. ASAP.

Awesome deal

I paid 23k with 60k miles. A bit over what I would've liked, but it's a 6-spd, stock, in excellent condition, and this was not easy to find.

did you buy it with those wheels? or did you put those wheels yourself? i think they are optional wheel for older TL's if im not mistaken..but silver tl-s look alot better with stock wheels..or 19" RonJon Legends look good to.

I wouldn't say that. I just bought my 07 just a couple months ago for 20495 with 22095 on the clock with no accidents and almost mint condition. They are out there. Took me 3 months to find mine but glad I waited till I found the perfect one. Mine was a one owner never wrecked or anything vehicle found at a dealer and financed for that price also. Amazing deal since to this day I can't find them in this condition for the same price but to the OP, You got a smokin deal but I don't think it is one that is so good it is too good to be true.

doesn't sound too crazy, I paid 24k for my 07 last May. One owner, 30k miles on it, all purchased and serviced at the acura dealer. It probably means the guy took a hit on the trade.
