Good Lease Deal?

Good Lease Deal?
What's up? I am looking at leasing a 04 TL w/o navigation, and here are the numbers I got from the local Acura Dealer today:
MSRP: $33195
Sale Price: $30524
Money Factor: .00205
Residual: 50%
48 months
15k miles/year
$1100 (Security Deposit, Acquisition fee, etc.) down
$399/month+tax
Is this a good deal? It seems to be fair. They are selling the car at invoice, but the 50% residual sort of surprised me. It seemed low. Thanks.

That residual is actually higher than what Honda Finance is currently using on 48mo/15k leases. For those, Honda is using 48%. Who is financing your lease? Make sure gap insurance is included. If it is, you're getting a good deal all around - good cap cost, decent MF, good residual. The acquisition fee and security deposit combo is a bit high (prolly $600 + $500) but overall it's still a good deal.

I just got my TL (Blue Pearl, Camel, Auto, NO Nav) at Ramsey Acura. I only paid a $595 BF, $268 MV, and 1st payment of $396.86 at closing.
The deal is 48 month, 15K miles, 50% Residual, and .00205 MF
Practically exactly what your looking at in Montclair.
