Gap between Trim and Door
Gap between Trim and Door
Hey guys, I'm not sure if my tint shop put my door trim back in correctly. When I open my door and I look at the part where the door hinge is, there is maybe a 1/4 inch gap between the door trim towards the top and the window. It looks the same on the passenger side except the gap is slightly smaller.
The gap is located on the top trim piece, the piece that is closest to the window, and the gap is exactly where the door trim meets the dash trim. You can't notice it when the door is closed because the gap is located where the door and dash meet. Not sure if I'm explaining it right, but from the gap I can see inside the door and see the wiring of the side mirrors. Is this normal? Or did the tint shop do a sloppy job of putting back my door trim?
