Front License Plate Removal

Hey I'm trying to take off my front license plate, so I can put on this black one I bought. I can not seem to get the license plate off, I use pliers, and a screw driver, but it does not seem to work. I could be using the wrong screwdriver... Does anyone know what type of scredriver I need to get this off?
Thanks

At the risk of getting myself banned, I have to ask if skippy08 needs a #2 phillips since a #1 may be too small and slipping in the bolt. Or even worse, what if he has 10 mm or 13mm bolts holding the plate frame?
If not, maybe a big claw hammer would help...

well if you look that the bolts you could either use a 10mm or screwdriver.

I guess my point is its not that hard. Unless that plate wasnt put on by the dealer...

Exactly.

I was being a wise*@#; trancemission put in a photo of a #1 Phillips, which is marginal for the stock bolts if they are torqued tight, in which case the #2 Phillips or socket are better. And I was kidding about the claw hammer...

Maybe OP can have the dealer or a handy friend do the work instead of risk hurting himself.
