Hi gang.
So ... My front seats were shot, so I bought seat covers from seat cover solutions, nice product. While installing them, I carelessly pinched the front cable that moves the seats

forward and backwards. It looks like it ripped out of the housing, on the left side of the car. What kind of repair am I looking at? The seat is in a position where it is comfortable for me, so it's not a big deal. But other people use the car

I repaired it....the cable got yanked out, and mercifully, it wasn't broken .. loosened both sides, slid back in... tightened up the screw caps...good as new.
