Do all TL's front bumper's come predrilled for a front license plate? Or is it just all the ones sold in CA?

I hate having a front license plate(even though its the law in CA) especially since Acura made the front bumper look sick and it says Acura right in the middle.

I just took off the frame and there are two big ass holes that totally ruin the front end.

Everyone's like this?

There are plugs that are taken out when the dealer installs the front plate. Some have been able to get them from the dealer for free. Some dealers I've seen sell the plugs for as high as $40 a pair. Cerritos Acura has them for about $22 a pair. There's a vendor on here that'll let it go for around $11 shipped I believe. I've also heard that some members bought a pair of plastic clips from home depot and just paint them.

OMG im all over that, i thought the holes looked like they could be plugged. Calling acura dealership now.....
