Definitely look into the Stoptech Street Performance pads. They offer increased performance over stock, while producing less dust and noise than other aftermarket pads.

How do you drive your car? Ceramic pads are great for just regular driving. Almost no dust and are pretty quiet.

Stoptech/Centric makes a ceramic pad compound as well. It's a little less performance oriented and will produce less dust as Scottwax mentioned. Really depends on what you plan to do with the car.
