Found our new car...

Well, as you saw in my other thread, the TL was totaled out.

We decided that the TL didn't fit in well with our active lifestyles right now, so we got something a little different. Damn I still love the TL though.

We're super happy. This will allow us to strap both kayak and fishing gear to the roof, bikes to the back, dogs in the cargo area, camping gear in the middle seat, and head off for the weekend....

Has many of the same refined qualities that TL had. Although I do miss that extra 100 horsepower! HAHAHA

Anyways, thanks for the hospitality here. Great bunch of folks, and I'll hop in from time to time.

Congrats on your new ride. Subi's are extremely reliable and you can drive them almost forever. My brother has 2 with over 300k on each of them.

Thanks! I am excited about the reliability. I loved the TL but mine did have some electrical issues starting to come into play.

Sharp-looking Subie....I'm sure it will work out well for you.

Out of curiosity, what kind of camera are you using for those pics?

Thanks!

Camera was a Canon EOS 30D with a Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 lens. These are really bad shots compared to what that camera can do, but the light sucked and I was in a rush. HAHAHA

Thanks guys!

Didn't get the turbo since I have heard they are finicky if previous owner wasn't real good about oil changes. Not everyone is as anal as TL drivers (like me). HAHAHA

Nice! Never knew they were so nice on the inside. You'll drive it forever if you want to.
