I'm thinking of getting an HID kit. Who can tell me what color temperature is the best match to OEM headlights? Also is yellow HID worth it?

This is what I have on my RL. SlimLine LED Daytime Driving lights. Similar brightness that you see on the new Mercedes Benz E Class or S Class.

I'd say about a 5000k or 6000k HID kit would match the stock HID's.. I've also ran 3000k (yellow) HID's in my old truck and bike.. they definitely turn heads but not quite as bright as a 6000k or 8000k kit. Hope this helps!

I think the OEM temp is 4300K. 5000K will probably be a better match than the 6000k because at higher temp it will start going toward the blue color.
