Found the Definitive 3rd Gen Mod Shop in SoCal (pics inside)

Ok I know all of you know about the cleared headlights that are getting done for alot of us so-cal guys. Casper was the first one, then vtec=happiness, and of course jatt and myself. The shop doing all our headlights was Rego Sport in Glendale.

I went today, and had a completely custom job done. This place is 3rd gen country, there were 3 other board members waiting on their cars there, not to mention two getting lights put on at a time. Absolutely unbelievable, Rego Sport knows the headlight system for our car extremelly well, they will do a full clear job in under 3 hours, and gurantee against fogging. They also do springs, exhaust, body kits, it all, and have done everything possible in the modification deparment on the 3rd gen tl.

I dealt with Harry, and he really worked with me on what I wanted. He blacked out my entire housing, Made it look extremelly professional, and then with tint spray smoked my side markers, and did it exactly like I asked. It looks better than I could have ever asked.

Anyways Rego Sport is located here, and I strongly suggest everyone who can get to this place, go and get your lights done before our big meet.

Rego Sport
Glendale, CA
818-547-3337 (Harry)

Ask for their address, it recently changed and the one I have is wrong.

Almost forgot here are two teaser pictures of my headlights, Harry the owner of Rego Sport said himself after he finished, that this was the nicest headlight job he has done yet on any car. Really thought this was the best 3rd gen tl light he has seen completed, and I have to agree.

hehe well I did some good advertising for him, so I got a good price. I know for a fact that he usually charges around $170 for clearing, and $190 for smoking of the side, so expect around $200 or so for the full package.

Awesome find. Thanks. It's not easy to satisfy those members you mentioned above. I believe that store has done the great jobs to all of your cars. The price/time seems resonable to me. If I'm there, I'll do it in my next lunch break.

Do not advertise it too much...

haha I doubt anyone will be able to completely mimic my car at all, I got the custom brake kit coming, the headlights and grille, and the modified wheels, I can share the headlights out there, besides most people like to clear them, which I think is absolutely ugly..

I dunno, I don't care for the looks of them blacked out. It just looks out of place on a white car, maybe black would be a better choice of car for it to look right.

I think it looks good. It gives it that cool look like my friend's Bonneville or the new Chevy Impala.

the lines near the front of the headlight control the beam pattern of the fogs, I wonder how it was affected, regardless, its pretty sweet looking

NBP TL w/ goldline springs right How did your lights turn out? Did you decide to do what I did, or stick with just the clearing? BTW I have some more info on the brakes for you.
