Already in the "Comprehensive list". This article led to a lot of controversy, but the thread was removed after the server crashed. The gist of the controversy was....did the author actually drive the car?

Re: Forbes Article

With respect to Acura (Honda), I have to agree with the article. It almost seems as though Acura is just trying to catch the Honda customers that want to go futher up the automotive spectrum. We Honda owners know that we are going to find reliability, value, and that made just for you feeling when we move to the Acura nameplate. I've owned Integras, Preludes, a SLX (Isuzu Trooper), and now this '04 TL, I am a happy customer, but have to admit after test-driving a rear-wheel drive competitior, I did feel some sportiness that was lacking in the TL. I guess it's that I'm used to front-wheel drive, and Honda/Acura products why I chose to stick with the TL. I am not regretting it at all.

There are some people though that are going to complain that any car doesn't have enough this, or that. No company can keep up. Honda/ Acura seems to be resting somewhat on it's laurels. There are some of us that do wish for more than Acura offers, and are fed up with them not tending to the wants of their customers. It may be bragging points we want, it may be the power that we think we need, but it's our money that we're wanting to give to Honda/ Acura to give us a superior product. I don't think that it would be a niche market for a V-8 RL, or a All-Wheel drive TL. One that may not need the size, power, or status of a rear/all wheel drive V8 RL, should have more choices. Adding a high output V-6 to the option chart could be a nice measure. The MDX's V-6 would be perfect, being that it has enough torque to move a large sedan. C'mon Honda I know you people have to be reading these comments that we post. Don't just look at them and say oh well, get out to the dealers, help them promote what is currently offered, and see what else the customers are looking for Engines, size, fuel efficiency, and quality, are points to consider. There are some of us that have stuck with Honda/Acura in hopes that they will up the ante and listen. I'm looking for that light at the end of the tunnel.

Cool

Bob, you're everywhere... and working hard to enrich your collections.

I did wonder the same thing, whether or not that editor knows the car...
