Fog light bulb part number

One of my fog light is out (burnt out bulb presumably). I want to replace the bulb and since I’m only changing the bulb for one of the lights I need to replace it with the same OEM part so 2 fog lights look the same.

I searched around on the web and here and it seems that the part number is #33116-SL0-003. However I also came across of a number 33115-S84-A01 and I’ve seen references to H11 and 9006 in the same context. So it’s a bit confusing.

I want to make sure that I’m getting the correct part. Can someone help me with this?

technically H8 is correct, but just an FYI, for a lot of housings, h8 and h11 bulbs can be used interchangeably

it seems that 9006 type has multiple subtypes. Sylvania has this subtypes listed:

SilverStarUltra
SilverStar zXe
SilverStar
XtraVision
EcoBright
Standard

I assume the "standard" is the one i would need to match the other OEM fog light:

no you weren't but you would get the right one, this is what I found from a 30 second search...

05 original part # 33116-S84-A01 has been replaced by #33116-TA0-A01

you might need to get both to match brightness and color...

it's 2005 TL, but i assume it would be the same bulb for all 3G TLs. I didn't specify the year since we're in 3G forum. But I added my car to my profile to avoid confusion.

thanks

Not the same for all, 07 and 08 have fogs that aren't part of the headlight.
