Figured there is a couple guys or gals on here could enjoy this story. So I am coming home last night from a buddy's stag at like 4 am and i am pulling up to a set of lights behind a mustang. Its not the new release body style but the one right before the newest one and as i pull up behind him i check to see if dual exhaust. Dualies were non existant, so i figure if he wants to go it would be a decent show. So i pull into the other lane right next to him. There is a car parked in the my lane about 6 blocks ahead, and my turn to the right is about 4 blocks after that. So the light turns green and i started out not racing but not non chalant either about middle of the way take off and he floors it. He jumps out by about half a car length(its customary to try and fuck over other drivers in this city for some reason and he's trying to block me out and make me pull in behind him) so i punch it. By the time i shifted for third i had a 1 and a half car length lead on him and i didnt let up. When i went by the parked car there was about a 3 or 4 car length difference. I mean i absolutely smoked him, it was unreal. This was the first time i tested the car out since i modded it out. So i kinda think to myself well maybe he let up because i dont know if i should have cleaned him that bad. So i change lanes back into my right lane and start slowing down to make my turn and as he goes by (he slowed down too to about the speed limit) his dark black tinted window is rolled half way down and all i get is a thumbs up as he goes by. Lol, completely made my night, hell that made my week. I love this car and i love the head turning that goes with it. Seems like it doesnt matter where i go people are coming out and stopping me or talking to me, or i come out of the mall and someones standing around checking it out wanting to talk. The amount of luxury and class combined perfectly with the sport is absolutely unreal. Good Times!

Dynamic Package is, for us canadians, 6 speed with the upgraded brembo brakes and possibly rear sway bar. If i am not mistaken.

 

so it was a V6 mustang?

 

i assume it was, like i said i pulled up behind him and noticed only the single exhaust. As far as i know the v8's have dual exhaust on them. Or maybe thats only the gt. Regardless it definetly wasnt a gt.

 

^ yeah single exhaust is from a V6 mustang (which has 200hp). It's not in our class, even a TSX could give them a good run.

 

You would've won even if it was a gt, those thing are kinda slow stock. But they have crazy potential modded.

 

it has 190hp. my friend had 03v6 stang vert with an intake and custon dual exhaust and i burned him in my stock 2000 tlp. they are junk.
