I was driving down into Escondido and thought that it was weird that I haven't really raced anybody in my 6MT Accord (Besides the couple ricer kills I get between the Civics / RSXs). I think of all the races Sonnick gets and I'm thinking meh, it's probably cause my car looks like an ordinary Accord .

Race #1: By coincidence, I'm sitting at a light and a 7G AV6 5AT Sedan pulls up next to me with all of it's windows down and blasting the music. Initially, I didn't think much of it and minded my own business

As the light turns orange on the light to the side of me, I see him creeping forward.

As the light turns green, I launch normally and he floors it. He gets about 4 car lengths in front of me and I'm on it. I get a really good chirp from 1st to 2nd and I start reeling him in and when I shift to 3rd and see the VSA come on and I'm at his driverside door. I put another 3 / 4 car lengths on him and shut down. He gave me the thumbs up and said "Is that manual?!?" I nodded and he told me I had a nice ride and we both went on our ways.

Race #2: Literally 20 minutes after that, I was heading home and stop at a light where it goes from 1 lane to 2 lane. A black Mercedes E430 (Looked to be a 2001 or so) was at the light, naturally I go into the right lane and mind my own business. This particular stretch of highway has a 65mph speed limit so I always tend to get on it.

The light turns green and once again, I launch normally and this dude floors it . I figured what the heck, I'll give chase .

I get a good shift from 1st to 2nd and slowly start reeling him in. By the time I shift into 3rd I am creeping at his driver side door. I shift from the top of 3rd getting every last RPM out of it and really start leaving him, It must be this J-Pipe but god damn 4th gear really pulls.

After putting about 3 car lengths I shut down, considering at this very road is where I got my first speeding ticket in my 3G TL.

We pull up to the next light and he wouldn't even look at me . Probably was thinking "How could a Honda Accord be whoopin' my V8 Mercedes Benz"

Damn, how did I miss this lol nice kills Tyler! Nice shifting too, I could only chirp 3rd after some mods. And you say 4th gear is strong...get the precats feels like you have endless acceleration in 3rd and 4th gears.
