Finally got those accord fogs installed!!

Well if you read my previous rant with my power steering rack and how much poorer I am, the bright side was I had a set of accord fogs and an HID 3K Kit just waiting to get installed. Well finally got it done yesterday. They look awesome!! My only issue is the angle of the light, because the fog lights point outwards, so looking to rectify that, otherwise I like the light output. I had a local shop here in Richmond do the install (first install for them), and it couldn't have come out better. I'll post some pics tomorrow. This is definately a nice mod since Canadian 04-06 TL's have no fogs whatsoever.

Sorry for late response, busy babysitting, anyways here they are. Quality isn't the greatest from the BB camera.

They will all point outwards because of the angel of the bumper and how they are meant to be on a bumper that faces forward. The only way to change that is to get the projector retro fit that I offer, but I like them to the sides because it gives a better panoramic view of the road, but sometimes cops will get pissed when it shines at them when you drive by and such.

He's right... My 08 TL has oem fogs and after i bought it in June 2010, I went back thinking the bulbs weren't in all the way.

Thanks for the comments!

Yep they sure are panoramic, I can light up a bus stop when I drive by. That projector retro fit sounds interesting though.

I made sure I got the glass lens, especially if you plan to put in HID's. Here are the links.

I got the HID 3K Kit w/slim ballasts from ddmtuning.com, the Accord Fogs, I got from k2motor.com. I will probably get an OEM Honda fog light switch, as the one provided has a cheap feel to it.

nice mod! recommend that you point it more towards the front of the car instead of the side. and yes i know exactly what your talking about bout lighting up STOP signs. i can even see the top from ppl's houses.

HIDs run cooler than halogen bulbs.

Well done though, I think I am going to do this soon.
