engine will run hotter

the specific heat of water is the best you're going to get from a liquid, the evans stuff may boil at a higher temperature and freeze at a lower temperature but it can not possibly transfer the heat it carries through the radiator as effectively as 100% distilled water

Here's some info on a test:

No-Rosion Products Technical Questions and Answers

I think with your turbo getting the heads any hotter wouldn't be ideal, that article compares head temps to a mix of norosion & water to the evans stuff.

If you want it to run cooler redline water wetter and a distilled water mix is the best can do. The water wetter mix will not have any antifreeze protection though so if it goes below freezing water wetter + distilled water will freeze.

With water wetter it's supposed to be changed out every year as well.

100% distilled water would have the best heat transfer, but if pressure in the system (radiator cap) is not raised enough it will boil. That's really the only effective use of those skunk2 increased pressure radiator caps, is to get a few extra degrees before a 100% mix of distilled water will boil inside of your cooling system. Water simply has the ability to transfer away the heat the best.

Here's a read on water wetter:

It's really all about the specific heat of these liquids that effects their ability to transfer the heat away and resist a change in their temperature.

found a bit more of a read on water, lol evidentally running pure distilled is a bad idea because it can cause corrosion in and of itself.. on the no-rosion site here:

No-Rosion Products Technical Questions and Answers

this is something I was looking into, since in SoCal I can get away with running water year-round and not have to worry about it freezing and it cuts the cost of having to buy the honda 50/50 coolant as well as provides a performance increase in terms of its ability to cool the engine.. I also have a skunk2 rad cap sitting on a shelf so I can bump the system pressure up a little and raise the boiling point
